Are you happy having viewed the complex and amenities on offer. These will be listed in the description and can also be viewed at your leisure by driving out to have a look at a particular complex.
Does the description of the property match your needs? Levies, rates & taxes and details regarding fixtures & fittings can be found in the property adverts online.
Does what you can see from media available, the internal layout and condition look acceptable to you. Have you browsed the internal photos & video walkthrough? These would give you a good idea as to whether you will like this property or not.
Then we set up that actual final viewing. Between you the prospective new owner & myself as your agent, we have pretty much done all the legwork already. By now you are most certainly almost sure that you want to and are able to own a particular property. All that remains now, is to arrange that personal viewing to confirm that all is in order and that you are ready to proceed to taking ownership of your new home or investment property.
